Dr. Martin Jameson, Senior Pastor, he is a native of Prescott, Arkansas. He attended the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and received a B.A. degree in Bible from Central Baptist College. His seminary training includes Mid-America Baptist Theological Seminary and the Baptist Missionary Association Theological Seminary where he earned a Master of Divinity degree, and Dallas Theological Seminary in Dallas, Texas where he received a Doctor of Ministry Degree . Dr. Jameson has been involved in pastoral work since November 1976. He is a former part-time instructor in the Bible Department of Central Baptist College and served four terms as Moderator for the Baptist Missionary Association of Central Arkansas, two terms as the Moderator of the Baptist Missionary Association of Arkansas and one term as Vice-president of the Baptist Missionary Association of America. Brother Jameson and his wife, Jennifer, have three children: Jessica Goodwin, Jonathan and Madelyn. The Jameson’s have one granddaughter, Kennedy Claire Goodwin. Dr. Jameson joined Bethel on Sunday, November 19, 2006, in view of a call. He was invited to become Bethel’s pastor and accepted. He are looking forward to serving many years with Brother Jameson and his family. |
