Moms Encouraging Moms is a group of moms that meet to encourage each other in the raising of our children. We meet once a month, pray for each other, have Moms Day Out, have Bible Study, minister to other moms, and encourage each other in our role as moms. We want to invite moms to our next meeting on September 12 at 5 pm. We will meet in room S103. We will have refreshments and our speaker will be Lori Hughes. Come join us for an encouraging time with other mothers!!

This past Sunday night, Aug. 15, Bethel had a called business meeting. In this meeting the church adopted the budget for the new church year and decided to survey the congregation regarding options for growth. The options under consideration are — adding an additonal worship service, deciding on a Sunday morning worship schedule, and type of worship/music that will be featured in our services.
The pastoral staff and deacons will design a survey and distribute it to the congregation early in September. The surveys will then be collected and studied. A report of the findings will be presented as soon as possible.
Following the survey, the church will make a decision about what options to pursue to facilitate continued growth at Bethel. The church is presently experiencing growth in both membership and attendance. The goal is to position ourselves so that we will continue to experience growth.
